I think mainly game sense and game knowlendge and skill, and maybe a bit of too many dps or no tanks or such things(which goes with game sense and knowledge)-

Too many CoD style players going for picks, it just gets funny to see someone chasing an enemy player all the way back to their point only to get twatted by the respawning players and bitch about not being healed or rezzed. "THAT'S WHY YOU'RE BRONZE!"
