With all the trash talking about Nyko going on I wanted to offer a differing opinion. The thing that defines a company's customer service isn't what they do when things go right, it's what they do when things go horribly wrong. Nyko has proven to me that they are a stand up company by saying they'll replace the Switches that were bricked by the update. THAT is a stand up company. They didn't NEED to do that, many other companies would have just said something like "oh you didn't follow manufacturers recommended instructions, blah blah blah".
