Edit: I’m starting up a cops and hoons and rules are
-must have mic
-city limits no going over bridges
-main roads 60mph and highway 70mph
-4ticket become a cop
-legal passing ai cars
-you can run but if caught get 2 tickets if hit must still stop to talk
-stop when pulled over and talk to cop
-cops must be under 1000hp
-hoons must be under 800hp
