When do you guys think the Lunar event will start considering Chinese New year doesn't start until the 16th of February?

year of the rooster took place starting 28th jan so OW event started on 24th.
this time year of the dog is 16th feb so any Tuesday before that can have the event (could be 6th, 13th or 20th Feb)
