What's the most badass gaming monitor right now? Prefer larger screen such as 3440x1440. Is the wide curved a gimmick? Looks like ASUS ROG SWIFT PG348Q, AOC Agon AG352UCG, HP Omen X, and Acer Predator X34 are top picks. It seems the 1ms 144hz ones are limited to 27" size and I would prefer a larger size. Also would a Geforce GTX 1080ti be able to run 3440x1440 @ 100 hz with Destiny 2 at high - medium settings? Thanks in advance.

I have a 49" curved monitor , 144hz ,1ms response, 3840 x2160 , and a 1080ti can run destiny 2 at ultra at 90fps average

It's 3840x1080. Impressive refresh rate, but I would rather have more vertical real estate

I have the acer x34 and 1080Ti running 85+ fps on average I would say. Check out the Alienware on I think they have one that you can overclock up to 120Hz

It looks like new 3440 x 1440 panels at 200 Hz are coming out soon by a few manufacturers. I'll wait for those, but I'm guessing the 1080ti won't keep up....might be a long wait for the next generation of GeForce cards
