Torbjorn must be able to place 5 turrets and when he used his ult, they all go to level 5. And torb must have infinite ammo and increased movementspeed and + 1000 defensive and a built in Defense Matrix which will be used during his ultimate. As last his ult must last atleast 2 minutes.
