Foetracer is a pvp helmet. Its amazing in PVP. for PVE it depends on your build. Personally, I don't like knucklehead period. I mean its bonus is kinda lame. There are so many better exotics for Hunter. Celestial Nighthawk is insane for PVE. 36k damage from a single hit with revolver. Its disgusting.

i like Orpheus rig or raiden flux for pve exotics.
raiden flux isn't bad got pvp either, but usually I've got foetracer on for pvp.

Orpheus/raiden isn't bad. But after the buff with celestial nighthawk, I don't think any of the other exotics can compare.

No need to have Mida if your helmet lets you use any weapon and will keep the active radar.

Running around with Knucklehead Radar and Adjudicator (or Antiope-D/Atalanta-D) will piss off your enemies easily. I wouldn't suggest attempting it until Bungie nerfs Prometheus Lens though, unless you want to just use that (since the hemlet will keep active radar on ANY weapon: kinetic, elemental, or power).
