Set your difficulty offset to 2.5714 and your override official difficulty setting to 10. This will get your wild Dino’s to spawn up to level 300

To my knowledge nothing can change the minimum. You'll still have the crap babies.

My server is difficulty 5 offset 5 and spawns 150s often
