I've seen massive amounts of temp files in Windows 7 on domain computers. Not sure what the problem was and why they weren't properly trimmed. I'm talking 250gb+ of temp files.
Ccleaner does pretty good or just deleting them straight from %temp%

Once I was wondering why i had so little storage and I went here and cleared like 400 gb or something
