It's quite hard to get POTG as Mercy but my friend is a Mercy main and by what i seen she usually makes a rez then kills someone sometimes.

The only potg I’ve ever got with Mercy is when I rezd a Reaper on the point in overtime. He used his ult, cleaned out what was left, and we won the game.
