Three quarters of this group are unaware of the difference between a high/low baller and a scammer. A high/low baller is someone who charges too much for something and a low baller is someone who gives you a crazy underpriced offer. Now a scammer is someone who lies to you and fools you into buying whatever they have to offer. If someone is proving you to high for a car, THAT IS NOT SCAMMING
