It's called giving up on improving.

Even if you are Rank 1, there is ALWAYS a way you could have played or done better. That mindset limits your ability to reflect on your plays and make improvements. You cannot control your teams performance, but you can control yours.

Don't look for excuses to settle for mediocrity.
