Nah before the end of season theres the try hards and the accounts getting boosted cause owner gave up on trying.

Tbh these "toxic" and "throwers" is excuse for bad players, last time i met thrower was so long ago that i can't remember and i'm in plat/diax where should be most of them, just git gud and there won't be lots of "throwers"
