The Wii U is still freaking me out with it's odd design choices. Turns out my SD card...

The Wii U is still freaking me out with it's odd design choices. Turns out my SD card was doing nothing plugged into the SD card slot. That is only for Wii use not Wii U. Luckily I had a USB plug for my SD card or I would have no space for the Zelda dlc. Now I have a SD card plugged into the USB slot so I can keep playing a game I already had downloaded.

This was always known. The SD card is to save other type of data like screenshots and replays on the wii u. Any extra storage space for the wii u has to be in either a flash drive or an external hard drive

Technically it's used for something else as well
