Synthoceps or ACD/O feedback fence ? Trying to see if I notice any difference between these two. Is one more effective than the other ? Not sure which to upgrade...

Synthoceps are great in pvp.

synthoceps is cool because iirc it extends your melee lunge range? I sometimes try to melee hit someone from too far, which sucks because you lose time because of the animation.
