I honestly think that her primary fire should get a nerf but in place she gets a new ability because having turrets for her is just so boring and it would be so fun to have her have another thing she can build

Having more turrets would probably be an issue in lower ranks since she can sometimes be seen as op. Having a lower cooldown to spawn more turrets would actually be a pretty good quality of life change though imo

Niether. Sym's turrets are a pain enough. Giving her twice the amount of turrets, or shortening the cooldown will be too powerful. Sym already has so much shit. She needs a NERF, and one that would serve as a GOOD buff as well, such as taking away the aimbot bs, and turning her turrets into healing turrets(that would be quite useful, having multiple healing spots for the team).
