Spawn trapping with Sym in elimination is cheating and reportable?

Why are people saying it’s easily counter-able? When you spawn in elimination you spawn right where the turrets are all placed. Unless you switch to Winston then you’re fucked almost instantly lol it’s annoying, but it’s whatever to me lol
