1080p 144hz is a must these days.

Get 6gig 1060. .8gig ram is enough.

Well, get 8GB RAM, 1060 6GB not the 3 GB version (the difference is not only the VRAM), also remove the SSD which you can add later and get better monitor. Change that trash PSU with be quiet! System power b8 550W or Deepcool DQ550ST Gold Silent.
