I play on a pvp Rag server that is slightly boosted harvesting and everything raises in only a few hours. Some dino stats are boosted and flyers are pretty fast. Some of the smaller tribes are semi aggressive toward each other but it's not terrible.

Rules: skirmishes are allowed throughout the week and weekends are for the main wars every second weekend will have an event included on the friday night. passive killing is frowned upon and will result in bounty being placed on you. ORP is on due to different timezones.

Few things to clear up for PVP players there ABSOLUTELY no RAIDING ADMIN, COMMUNITY AREAS OR PVE WHITE FLAGGED BASES OR PLAYERS. If you do it and sufficient proof is provided. Either the whole PVE community will wipe you or the admins will.
Don't attack community areas if you do we will ban you.

RAIDING PVP
Do not wipe anyone, get in and out. If Dino are in your way you can kill them but please don't wipe them we want PVP to build back up Pictures will be useful while raiding.

ADarkArkServer is pretty great, regular player stats besides weight, dino stats are decent. Gather is at 5x tame is good but not instant. No starter pack

Try GT: ARP Server. Weekdays are PvE, Weekends are PvP.

I also know of a good PvP server, ARKLAND223.
