The bionic skins are only for people who pre ordered the game when it came out. Season pass only gets you the abreviation skins. Just ask in ur server if anyone has the bionics then kill them a bunch to get them...

You can buy the skins for .99 cents each in the psn store. Not free but not bad. I got all of them.
