So I'm putting together a pc soon and have settled on a i9 and 2x 1080ti and already have my list made up but I'm wandering before I start ordering what y'all would get with around 5k for a build. It has to be liquid cooled and lots of rgb lol.

Depebds what you will be doing with the build... If you do editing and stuff i suggest threadripper 1950X over the i9 but if you're gaming i9 will probably do the trick
