So I got this issue
Somewhat took my PC apart to clean it. Unplugged my SATA cables from the HDD, and the power to each one. Unplugged the power cord to the MB. Clean it plugged everything back in and I get this.

You grounded it out...try erasing cmos

Did you unplug it and press the power button before cleaning everything.

Clear the CMOS and try to boot F2 into your BIOS, check to see if all SATA connections are there.

Do you have any friends with gaming pcs? I'd recommend swapping out parts to see what makes it do that
