so ever since i rebuilt my pc and added a new hardrive and moved steam to that new hardrive all my games have been acting up taking a couple seconds to tab out and freezing randomly for a few seconds any help on this please ?

this never happedn since the rebuild and new hardrive running gtx 1080 and i7 4790

Wipe and reinstall games from scratch...
Takes forever but they’ll install right this time

If steam installs on a different drive then The one u have, it messed up for me when I do that I had to reinstall fresh copies of all my games... lol

Is it a normal hdd? At least 7200 rpm I hope? A slower hdd may give you problems like that.
