I am not too sure how to use her. Her frail doesn't really do that much damage. The stuns are good however they recover pretty quickly. Its definaly good to stop ultimates. She seems to be very good for anti dive

She can full combo Tracer off of a shield bash, that's all she's needed for imo

She's a defense hero! When I played her my biggest issue was that I tried to play her as a support which isn't really the case she's good in the slow and steady approach, together with a main healer

She great. Anti-dive. And she has very powerful combo potential and can do massive damage in a very short time if you use her cooldowns all at once.
