so at this moment in time, I have a massive issue with my 5-year-old computer ever since I updated the bios about a year or two ago and ever since I updated the bios it hasn't worked since when I turn my computer on its runs for a few seconds then it turns straight off and repeats.But if I fiddle with it for a few minutes it posts and lets me in but when I turn the power off its back in a loop of tuning on the off. I hope someone can help also tbh I think its a bad motherboard.

maybe its temperature problem , try applying thermal paste

Tbh I don`t think its that bc it's already applied plus the motherboard seems to stay at a low 39c same with the CPU
