I think anti-cheat measures usually look for processes that use dll injection into the game process, not like overlays and such.. but I could be wrong. I haven't read up on it recently.

Hmm Bungie strikes deal with Twitch for streaming gameplay, and now suddenly 3rd party apps that record video are resulting in players getting banned. Hmmm no coincidence there. Also overlays do not insert code into the game, or rewrite code for the game. Line of bullshit.
