You have to force feed them when they first hatch. They won't eat on their own. At least that's how it was when I raised them.

I've never force fed, I just chucked meat in and left it, kept filling it up with more every few minutes.

You have to feed them dodos, compys, or monkeys to keep then fed or other smaller tames

Tip number 1 dont fall to the urge of killing them kkkkk (hate trodons)

Simple strategy - make a wooden pen, hatch wyvern and claim, beat until nearly dead, put on neutral and drop troodon in - easy
