Do a console ping check or a speed test on the internet

Right click your taskbar.
Select taskmonitor
Go through various tabs and order by CPU, HDD, memory or Network.

This will Show where the bottleneck is

pro tip: dont use speedtest.net if you have comcast, they pad the stats
