Question: How do I get the Christmas event to work on nitrado? Ark is on version 768.8 but still no event active.

Usually a Dino wipe works or just restart the server

Yeah we've done that and dino wiped multiple times but still no event.

I have reset several times and enabled expert mode and put in a code that i found apparently works while the server was stopped and then dino wiped right after and nothing.

If your on prim+ you won't get the event

Restart

Restart server. Then dino wipes and nighttime and wait

Prim+ is no longer supported by wildcard. Never expect to get any new content or to be allowed to participate in any of the reindeer games.
