Please, someone, help me choose; is there any reason to keep both these around, or just choose the best one, so I can have the shards and MW cores? I don't notice a whole lot of n noticeable difference with recoil however it is there; because I have the reload mod may be affecting its effectiveness. 1 bullet doesn't seem like much but it is another kill on add before reload.

Have you tried dual wielding?

The one with reload speed is great for PvE, and might be useful for PvP, but I prefer recoil for PvP (the issue is i am using Hand Cannons, not Scout Rifles)

You do realize there is a sub menu where you select the perks for rifle...they both can be identical based on the perks you choose
