If aim is mostly the issue, play heroes that don't need to aim, like Rein, Winston, Lucio, Mercy, etc.

Develop game sense on those heroes, then start with some forgiving ones like Reaper and just work your way up

well, practice is gonna get you to some good places. Try to figure out what play-style is best for you. Try to get a feel for what heroes work on what maps and such.
