Pc boots only to bios (AsusMobo)..any ideas of a solution ? Or what the problem might...

Pc boots only to bios (AsusMobo)..any ideas of a solution ? Or what the problem might be ?
found a fix online that semed to work for a lot of people but didn't for me.. It said to :
Disable Fast boot/Secure boot .
enable enable CMS boot.

Just aggressively overclock the CPU.
