One time, I swear I stuck a pulse bomb on DVa as she self destructed and it killed the mech and DVa.

Has anyone else seen this happen? I’ve been trying to do it again ever since to record it.

You can throw pulse bomb on to Dva's mech while it breaks (and throws her out) and it auto tags her, killing her. Yes, it's a possible thing, not many low elos know about it.
