Okay I have tried everything I've even looked on Google but I still cannot figure out how to get the aberration helmet and sword skin for Ragnarok PVP official server and yes I do have the season pass and also yes I do have the option of default Survivor items check is there something I am missing or is this a bug and it's for PS4 by the way

When did you get the pass? I bought the quetz skin and I didn't get it until a while later when I closed Ark, restarted the PS4, and then killed my character.
