Ok, so some some guy says on the mic, "Can we have a healer, please?" He's played Reaper every round. I say, "Why can't you?" (I played a healer last round btw). Shit storm ensues. Some people just don't know how to play as a team.

Maybe they aren’t comfortable playing it. I wouldn’t want someone to switch to a role they aren’t comfortable with. Higher likelihood of losing

I agree with the above comment, at the end of the day, I'd rather people play something their half good at than something they have either never played before or have played before but are useless. If I heal it's always lucio because I can't play mercy.
