You have to make sure you're not opening too many at once go do a public event in between and also stand as close to the box as possible I've been hearing reports that it falls through the map and it gets lost and not even the post master gets it but for the most part there's a cool down between opening too many chests in a short amount of time so make sure you go do other stuff in between
