not sure if anyone can help me but im having a problem with my "gaming computer" its on windows 10

when i boot the computer up it loads and then when it gets to the screen where you login nothing happens, so when you click on the screen to get to the part that you put your password in, when its loading that it just gives me a blank screen, then goes back to the main screen of windows 10,
the time changes on the screen but you cannot login anyone have any ideas please ?

Go to system restore, on the windows log in screen.. Restart the computer,while holding down the shift key.. Wait for it to restart, UI will show choose advance and look for system restore.
