As long as it used 3.5mm jack... and the headphone is not too hard to drive. Consumer headphone is fine in most case, audiophile or studio headphone on the other hand might not have enough power to drive.

The PlayStation headsets allegedly work too when docked, as they use a USB receiver for the Bluetooth

I use the Arctis 3 Bluetooth version. They specifically promote use with bluetoothing to the Nintendo app while being plugged in to the switch. I use them with my Xbox and Bluetooth through my phone for phone calls and what not while I play games

I just use the Zelda earbuds with a mic Nintendo released there only 10 dollars and work amazing
