It doesn't show on the Dallas Fual one. I believe it's a bug with the OWL skins.

I think it’s just a bug with OWL skins remember they went back and added golden/metallic nails to the other skins after people requested it so much. They’ll probably fix it next patch.. if not someone get this girl an appointment boo!
