Nintendo customer service once again was outstanding! Told them my old 3dxl got stolen and they were able to get my games I had download on my old 3ds to my new 2ds xl in less than 20 minutes.All I had to do is give them my email addy, name a few of the games,and provide my date of birth.AWESOME JOB NINTENDO! !!

Wouldn't be that much of a hassle if they had an online system like Sony and Microsoft.


Maybe I can get my games back from my old 3DS back from 2013?

They have the capability of restoring your purchases to your DS's and Wii/Wii U/Switch but you have to call them and explain why you need that. They wont just do it for you cause you got a new console, but typically they will copy things over for you
