How are your peripherals connected? Could be something stupid like the monitors needing to be swapped so the primary one is on the primary output

Well my primary monitor is ran threw a HDMI converter to VGA only because my monitor has some screen damage but it dont effect the image just a few deep scratches, My secondary is ran threw DVI but is actually my primary in the OS due to the fact that is higher quality, so basically there backwards

Might try swapping them, thats definitely always buggy
