Usually when I have this problem I can pop the side off and feel what component was overheating

Cpu :ryzen 1800x and is 60 degrees motherboard is 30 degrees and gpu is 40

Yup sorry have been traveling the past 2 days but thanks it was the cable management but upgrading to a aio water cooler as well just to be safe
