Figure out for sure your GPU and CPU temps. Then come back with more info.

Usually when I have this problem I can pop the side off and feel what component was overheating

Maybe it's software related windows sometimes crash by me to, or it's hardware that maybe the cpu is not working on that moment

Yup sorry have been traveling the past 2 days but thanks it was the cable management but upgrading to a aio water cooler as well just to be safe
