My friend uploaded his character in a dedicated server but he couldn’t find it anymore same with tames when he uploads them and leave server he cant find them ??

If the server isn't in a cluster with other servers he's got nowhere to transfer to. Can't just hop from dedi to another dedi, or dedi to official or vise versa.

Try the old server
