To be honest, she was overpowered back in Season 1 until Season 2 came with a reworked DVA and a tweak for Mei. Which made her better than before.

Objectively, her pick rate is trash (less than 1%) like other heroes in a bad spot. But that’s how OW goes, a handful of heroes from each role do it best compared to the others.
