Till your hand gets back in perfect shape just walk around the market with a friend
my friends hand got fractured 2 years during his basketball practice and he wasn’t able to play it and got pretty depressed
So to take his mind away from basketball we roamed around town and did a lot of fun stuff
And when his plaster was removed he almost forgot about basketball
We actually still go for walks quiet often and sometimes go on bicycles
