Keep in mind with Brigette her passive is objectively what carries her entire kit. Imagine if you had to play the "hit to heal" playstyle (like Moira) but it affects everyone in a higher radius than Lucio.
Her healing potential is crazy and I wouldn't be surprised if the meta goes to Brigette, Moira, single tank, and 3 dps

Brigitte's best comp is with a rein and shes better paired up with Ana for area control

Moira is best for 3-4 tank, and she isn't as effective with funning more dps than tanks
Plus she needs to do damage to fill her piss bar quicker, not to heal

Brigitte is best for a dps heavy team with a tank (specifically rein)
