Just like to say what a great customer service experience I've had from Nintendo , contacted them on Thursday about my switch not holding its charge ,they replied within the hour with instructions to send it in ,sent it Friday and received back today with fault corrected and a years warranty from this date ,very impressed

If it's like that, I'll make some excuse that mine's messed up towards the end of the year so that I get a new warranty, lol

Me and my wife had our own switches and I sold mine. We're sharing hers now and I definitely know her left joycon is lagging. She never played it on the tv and I do and it is definitely happening. Hope I can get it replaced.

I have to admit, I've never had to use their customer service before, but I have only ever heard great things about it.
