Just had a question. Sort of a newbie with this stuff. Got this notification on Windows defender yesterday. Removed it instantly obviously, and ran malwarebytes alongside it and it didn’t detect anything after the removal. Should I be worried?

Run spybot search and destroy.
Run malware bytes.
That should clean up any crap.

Run malware bytes, you'll be good. If not do it in safe mode and see if you can manually remove the file.

Windows claims everything it doesn't like to be a trojan, for example many safe torrents and KMSAuto
