Great build! Made some changes:

Changed to a 7600k for more future proofing and got higher clocked RAM. It's also cheaper

nice but what about going for ryzen 7 or 5 1600 and also change the cooling to water cooling and also if you change the cpu to ryzen change to ram to 3200 mhz it gonna be a good setup
