Joined this page for some help.
Will be purchasing 2 for Christmas for my boys. How is it possible that they share games?

Do these come on disc?
Or purchased online?

Please advise x

Hi! First off welcome.

Second, the switch comes with cartridges.
There are few games I can play split screen if they are sharing a switch. Like Mario Kart, Minecraft, overcooked, arms and a few others. If you are getting them their own switches, you have to buy separate games if you want him to play at the same time. Fun games like breath of wild, I think they could share. But that's my opinion. Also you can buy them digital games. But you will need an SD card eventually for storage. If you want I can even help you with finding an appropriate SD card.

Unfortunately Nintendo don't allow sharing of downloaded games between switches.
So for example if you want to download Minecraft onto both you need to buy it twice

Buy then 2 games they want. They can trade when they want to share.
